Usually the problem can be solved without medical help. However, if there is no significant result for several days, you have to seek medical help. Since breastfeeding is the way to make your baby healthier naturally, you need to do some efforts to make sure it last for six months minimally. The key is on your daily diet. It has to be completed with proteins, calorie, vitamins, minerals, and other essential substances.
