Many times, breast feeding mother often feel hungry and eat more than three times a day. It is considered as normal thing because you have to fulfill at least 2,500 calories per day. Fruit, vegetables, and low fat dairy products are recommended to be eaten every day. Automatically, you have to avoid drinking alcohol, smoking, and consuming medication. These will affect the baby negatively. A baby whose mother drinks alcohol has the chance to be mentally retarded. Too much sweet is also not relatively good for your baby. Remember, having a baby and breast feeding mean that you have to be discipline in your diet. What you are doing now is a kind of investment which will be useful in your baby’s future.
