Health care practitioners will directly suggest mother breastfeed the baby right after delivering. This is done because breast milk is the best food and drink for the baby. At the beginning, this can be the difficult process between you as a mother and your baby. As the breast milk produced, you will feel something strange on your breast. Few mothers report that it is a bit painful. That is the sign that you are supposed to breastfeed your baby. What you have to know is breastfeeding is healthy for both you and your baby. Besides, it creates stronger boundaries between you and your baby. Breastfeeding is the activity that allows a mother and baby to grow, learn, love, and connect each other.

Indeed, there are many reports that say breastfeeding create cracking of nipples, and pain that comes at the start of breastfeeding. They are commonly happen and can be cured easily. Inexperience becomes the reason why some mothers want to quit breastfeeding. This should not happen on you. You have to say no for quitting giving your breast milk to your baby. In addition, your husband has to support you by preparing comfortable situation for breastfeeding. If it is possible, you may pump the breast milk and put it in a bottle. This will allow your husband or other family members to feel the feeding experience. As a result the connection and boundaries of the family is getting tighter.
